Meet Dr. Gee
Hello and welcome! I’m Dr. Riley Gee (pronounced like the letter “G”), a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of California (PSY30469) and a former Division I athlete. I provide specialized therapy for athletes across all levels, with a focus on enhancing mental health and overall well-being, not just performance. As a former elite athlete, I understand the unique challenges athletes face in their training as they also balance other aspects of life. I pair this experience with evidence-based techniques to support athletes in addressing both their mental health and sport performance. Being an athlete is a unique experience, and one that I believe deserves therapy that is tailored to this.
A little about me:
In addition to my private practice, I serve as the Assistant Athletic Director in Counseling and Sport Psychology Services and Santa Clara University working with individual athletes and teams. Go Broncos!
I am listed on the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee Mental Health Directory (2025)
I’m originally from Southern California
I played Division I volleyball at UC Irvine (zot zot!)
